From Hell is based upon the legendary serial killer "Jack the Ripper". Set in London, 1888 in the Whitechapel district, the poorest part of London. Many women are forced to become prostitutes to earn a living. The story follows Mary Kelly and her friends whose only consolation is that things couldn't get much worse, but thats about to change. Brutally murdered women start being found. Inspector Fred Abberline becomes deeply involved with finding this killer, but Jack isn't going to give up his secret without a fight. One of Chief Martin Brody's two sons, Mike, works for Sea World in Florida and is in charge of opening a new exhibit that features a "glass" tunnel under water to observe fish in their natural habitat. Mike's younger brother is visiting to see the grand opening. Unbeknownst to the Mike, a massive great white shark has snuck into the lagoon housing the new exhibit.
