The creators of South Park and Baseketball have a new film depicting world events and famous people in their unreverent style, but this time they use marionettes. These puppets are an elite counter-terrorism squad in pursuit of a destructive band of middle eastern maniacs. After destroying half of modern day Paris in the pursuit, their attention is turned to evil North Korean dictator Kim Jong Il who wants to destroy the world. The World Police are dispatched to confront this new threat to world security.
