Based on the biography of the same title, Faith of My Fathers chronicals the early life of Senator John McCain as he was an up and coming Navy officer during the Vietnam War. As the young John McCain grauates from the Anapolis Naval Academy, his father instills in him the importance of character. Shot down over North Vietnam, the young McCain must survive by his character or crack under the pressure. The son of a 4-star admiral, the young McCain is a prize long sought by the Viet-Cong who hold him for five long years. This is a collection of short stories that chronical the lives of three separate families that live on the same street.
