Nick Carlton is a former CIA officer who gets disturbing news from a former adversary from Eastern Europe. Nick best friend, Jim Jacobs, has come out on the wrong side of an arms deal, and is in jail in the Balkens. Nick makes plans to go after his friend, but has to contend with contrary plans by the CIA. An exciting independent action film, with an original script and exciting action sequences.
