Hair stylist Gina Norris gets fed up with pretentious boss Jorge and moves out on her own. Opening her own shop, Gina has to battle the local building inspector and her former boss to keep her place going. Meanwhile, Gina's shop becomes the place to be to learn about life and the local gossip scene. A sexy upstairs neighbor gains Gina's attention, while the ladies are gabbing, watching Oprah and doing hair. Eventually everything comes together, but the fun is in watching it happen.
