Special agent Derrick Vann is searching for the criminals that killed his partner. Andy Fiddler is a clueless dental salesman that seems to be always in the wrong place at the wrong time. As Vann sets up a meeting with a group of gun runners that he suspects of being involved in the death of his partner, Andy is mistaken by the criminals as Vann. After being mistaken as a robber by Vann, Andy is soon put into service to continue the pursuit of the killers. However, it is all downhill from here. Starring: Samuel L. But after another Ukanian Mob shooting at the club across the street, Yuri recognizes an opportunity in arms sales. After making a deal for an Israeli Uzi machine gun, Yuri catches the bug for this very lucrative business. Soon Yuri is making money like crazy and gets the girl of his dreams. However, it isn't meant to last as his world come crashing down.
