Jeff Talley is a former Los Angeles hostage negotiator who is a now the police chief of Ventura County, CA who is is the middle of a divorce. When 3 teenagers take over the fortress-like home of mob connected accountant Walter Smith, Talley finds himself in the middle of an explosive situation.
