Nancy is having nightmares about a badly disfigured man with knives on the fingers on his right hand. She soon learns that she is not the only one having nightmares, her friends are too. When her freinds begin to be murdered one by one in their sleep, Nancy realizes that she must stay awake to avoid becoming a victim.
