Yuri Orlov and his family are Ukranian immigrants that live in the part of New york called Little Odesa. In order to escape the Soviet Union his father said their family was Jewish. But after another Ukanian Mob shooting at the club across the street, Yuri recognizes an opportunity in arms sales. After making a deal for an Israeli Uzi machine gun, Yuri catches the bug for this very lucrative business. Soon Yuri is making money like crazy and gets the girl of his dreams. However, it isn't meant to last as his world come crashing down.
