Lisa Reisert is on the red eye from Dallas to Miami after attending the funeral of her grandfather. The man siting next to her at take-off seems nice enough until after the plane is in the air where he reveals her father's wallet to her. Terrified, she is instructed by this man, Jackson Ripner, that she is to participate in a plot to murder the deputy secretary of Homeland Security who will be staying at the hotel she works at. If she refuses, Jackson will have an associate kill her father. At this altitude there is no room error.
