In her quest to gain an Ivy League scholarship, Casey Carlyle develops a mathmatical formula for the gravity defying jumps that mark modern-day ice skating competitions. In the spirit of research, Casey decideds that she needs to attempts the jumps herself to prove her theory. After, she performs some jumps, Casey decides that she might actually enjoy ice skating and starts tyo enter some competitions against the wishes of her mother.
