Jake Roenick is an ex-undercover cop that is in charge of Precinct 13, that is soon to be shut down and abandoned. It is New Years Eve and Roenick, along with Jasper O'Shea, and secretary Iris are packing boxes for the imminent move. While they are preparing to move, they also must keep track of a notorious cop-killer Marion Bishop who is in custody and waiting to be transported to another facility. Unfortunately, the weather doesn't cooperate, when the snow begins to fly. Roenik and Bishop must form an alliance to survive a deadly siege.
