Senator Jay Bulworth has become unhappy with all of the lying and cheating in politics. After taking out an insurance policy on his life and hiring a hitman to kill him he decides he wants to ruin his reputation first. With his death imminent he begins to speak the truth through rap and a lot of "F" words. Falling in love with a young black woman Jay decides he doesn't want to die. Now he must try to un-hire his hitman and try to make people see that whit people can be cool to.
