Chris Thorne meets a new woman and agrees to take her away to a business meeting. On their way in the middle of nowhere Chris runs a stop sign, instead of getting a ticket, they are arrested and taken to the local court, but all is not as it seems. Judge Alvin 'J.P' Valkenheiser runs his court a little different than most, the death penalty is often used for traffic infractions. Trying to escape Chris and Diane run into many booby traps and many other crazy things.
