Nino Brown is a small time drug dealer, but he is convinced by his fellow thugs that the future is in crack. They form a group called the Cash Money Brothers, and before long are making 1 million dollars a week. Out to stop this druglord are undercover cops Scottie Appleton and Nick Paretti. Appleton is especially interested in the drug dealer because it was Brown who murdered his mother in a gang initiation. But as numerous attempts fail to break the gang, how far will the cops go to catch Nino Brown.
