Gracie Hart is an FBI agent who is thought of as a loose cannon. The only one who believes that she is a good agent is her partner, Eric Matthews. When a terrorist threatens to bomb the Miss America pageant, the FBI wants to send somebody in undercover. The only one who can look the part is Gracie, but her manners aren't very good as she has prided herself on being one of the boys. After the transformation, Gracie must get comfortable so she is able to infaltrate the pageant and stop the terrorist.
