The Fantom is trying to start a World War, and he has vastly superior weapons to fight it with. He has also done a good job of tricking the countries into suspecting each other of trying to start war. Enter Allan Quartermain, who is employed to track down the party who is trying to start the war. In a secret meeting he meets his team: Captain Nemo, Mina Harker, The Invisible Man, Dorian Grey, Tom Sawyer and Dr. Henry Jekyll. This is the team responsible for stopping the evil force behind this war.
