Kids is the controversial story of a group of skateboarders in New York City. The film focuses on Telly a 17 year old boy whose only goal is to deflower as many virgins as he can. He and his group travel through the streets of the city stealing and smoking dope as they make their way to an all night party. At the party Telly works to have another virgin, meanwhile one of Telly's past victims finds out she is Hiv positive, and the only one she has slept with is Telly. She races through the city to find him before he kills someone else.
