Miranda Grey is a criminal psychologist who one day awakens to find herself in the same mental institution that she worked at. Accused and imprisoned for the murder of her husband which she has no recollection of. As she works to regain her memory and convince her co-workers of her innocence, she finds that a spirit is using her as an earthly pawn to avenge her own death. But after investigating she finds something that she didn't want to find.
