Wanting to get away from city life, Cooper Tilson, his wife Leah, and there two children find a rundown old mansion with the previous owners possessions still inside. Things go well for a while, but when a young man claiming to be the previous owner, shows up there luck begins to turn. A series of horrifying events send them on a search for the manors dark and disturbing history, which will endanger all of their lives.
