Orin Byrd is a tough detective who went to far in order to serve the law. For his punishment he is sent downtown to the city's worst precinct. But it is not long before he uncovers what could be an inside drug operation. What he doesn't know is that the one person who can help him solve the crime is not a cop, but crime boss Latrell Walker. But to Orin, Latrell is just another gangster trying to get rich off of the drug trade. But Latrell is the key to uncovering the conspiracy within the precinct.
