After being wrondly accused of assualt aboard an airplane. Mild mannered Dave Buznik is sentenced by the court to attend anger management classes.
These classes run by Dr. Buddy Rydell, are filled with very disturbed people, Dave believes he does not belong with. When another mishap occurs the Judge orders his therapy stepped up. Dr. Rydell's unorthodox style involves lewd comments about dave's girlfriend, making him confront everyone he's ever butted heads with among other things. In the end could this be just what the doctor ordered.
